Our  studio, located in beautiful central New England, is home to a vast array of decorative and functional stained glass art.  We carry an assortment of suncatchers, garden stakes, lawn ornaments, stepping stones, window and door panels, lamps and unique accent pieces to enhance your home decor.

The cost will be 35.00 for two hour session, includes the use of fusing tools, the materials used such as glass, (less jewelry findings) and the kiln firings and the instruction.

Description:

In this one class you will explore the possibilities of kiln formed glass and be able to determine if this medium is for you. We will make 4" tile and magnet: a sun catcher, 

Objective:

Develop skills and understanding of heats effect on glass and make some beautiful pieces

The course will develop skills and knowledge about cutting glass and color combinations, thickness effects: kiln operation: and heat control: and the effects of glass arrangement.

Requirements:

Bring you cutter, breaker, mosaic cutter, cleaning supplies etc.

Evaluation:

After firing, you can pick up your pieces and that firing, we can discuss any issues.

 

Continuation:

You can continue your experience by use of the open studio by appointment.  Use of the kiln is subject to availability, and with a slight cost per firing.
